Eterni and PVS have agreed on an agreement whereby Eterni Gruppen buys PVS and the shareholders in PVS will continue to be owners of Eterni Gruppen. Eterni Gruppen is thus strengthening its position as Norway's 5th largest staffing company and establishing itself in a new market vertical in order to be able to challenge the 3 largest in the staffing industry. For our employees, this means more opportunities in a safe environment, says CEO Rune Myrseth. 

PVS has skilled people in its administration and especially good employees who do a very important job every day in schools and kindergartens. PVS will continue as before under the same company and brand name. By making PVS part of the Eterni Group, we can offer even better services for our customers and employees in the future. We will be co-located in Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim and Stavanger, and plan to hire more people in the administration in Tromsø and Kristiansand, Myrseth says.
