2011
Eterni was established by Rune Myrseth and four other experienced colleagues from the staffing industry.
2014
Acquisition of Building & Construction Team.
2015
Eterni establishes departments for construction in Bergen and Trondheim—acquisition of Magma Consulting.
2018
Eterni Norge and the Stavanger-based company Stab AS agreed to merge, and Eterni is thus strengthening its construction and industrial team on the west coast.
Eterni Group (today: Edda Group) acquires Pedagogisk Vikarsentral AS, a leading staffing agency for schools and nurseries in Norway, establishing a nationwide market position in the Education field.
Eterni Group acquires Monera and establishes Eterni Sweden.
2019
Bygg Bemanning joins Eterni, creating a solid position in the Industrial and Construction verticals on the west coast the acquisition of Monera and the startup of Eterni Sweden.
2020
Eterni Group acquires Elektro Personella well-established niche supplier of electricians.
Deloitte and NHH have awarded Eterni Group the "Norway's Best Managed Companies 2020" award.
2021
The Eterni Foundation is founded. Through guidance, mentoring programs, and funding of work-oriented measures required to increase competence and skills, we care for people currently excluded from society and everyday work. The foundation will also distribute gifts for other socially beneficial purposes, with an extra focus on children and young adults.
Acquired by Axcel, Eterni Group becomes part of Moment Group.
2022
Eterni-Moment changed its name to Edda Group
