Our values

Trust
Through trust, we succeed together. We shape people’s working lives with pride and confidence. We do this by believing in each other and providing opportunities, tools, and trust to succeed. We believe in our colleagues and give them space to try, fail, and learn. We share both highs and lows - because we know that all of it makes us stronger. We trust that experience, learning, and missteps are what make us better.

Passion
At Eterni, we value our colleagues, candidates, and customers. We strive to deliver more than expected. We succeed because we see solutions. For us, the impossible is a challenge—and that’s why we succeed where others give up.

Togetherness
Work is something we do together - within our teams, across business lines, departments, and borders. We share knowledge, support each other, and ask for help when we need it - and we receive the help we ask for. Together, we create a culture where saying we instead of I comes naturally - a place where it’s enjoyable to work.

Curiosity
We are curious about each other and the world around us. We believe that asking questions is the best way to learn - here, there are no stupid questions. When we wonder and challenge our usual ways of doing things, we become wiser. With open minds and curiosity toward one another, we learn to better understand colleagues, customers, and candidates.
