Who we are

Eterni is a subsidiary of Edda Group, with headquarters in Bergen, Norway. Our mission and purpose is to create opportunities in a safe environment for our customers and employees.

Do you need to tell us something? 

Through Eterni's notification system, you can confidentially report offensive or unethical conditions at Eterni.

As a starting point, we hope you will have a dialogue directly with your manager or contact person at Eterni, but if you wish to remain anonymous and have something to report, you can do this via our notification form.

The notification system is part of our corporate brand Edda Group, and is provided by the law firm Lund Elmer Sandager (LES), which ensures complete anonymity and a data-secure process.

The report is forwarded anonymously to the HR department, which presents the content to the executive board, which will then work with the content and initiate the necessary measures.

Note: Here you can only report matters concerning Eterni. If it concerns matters relating to the company where you are a temporary worker, you must notify the company through its own notification system.

The Norwegian Transparency Act

On 1 July 2022, the Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force. The purpose of this law is to encourage Norwegian companies to work for good working conditions and respect for human rights in their supply chains.

All companies covered by the law are obliged to carry out due diligence assessments and report on them annually. The statement of our due diligence assessments in accordance with the Transparency Act can be downloaded here.
